Stracchino (from the Lombardy dialect term "stracch" with the meaning of "tired") is an Italian soft cheese briefly aged and produced with cow's whole milk. It is a pleasure to eat on its own, with bread, or accompanied by cooked or raw vegetables. Fresh and versatile, it is perfect for any recipe.

The Lactose Free Stracchino di Mamma Mucca is made for those who are lactose intolerant or those who have difficulty digesting lactose, the lactose in the milk was split in the two sugars: galactose and glucose. Like the traditional Stracchino it is great on its own, or perfect to enrich vegetables and focaccia, or pair it with other ingredients to create new dishes every day.
