Soft table cheese prepared with cow milk.
The quartirola grass, which is the one that grows after the third cut, is the one the cows feed on at the end of the summer, and from which milk is milked to produce quartirolo, a typical Lombard cheese loved by the Lombards.
Without added preservatives.
