The product

The Delica is small and round, with a dark green skin with light grooves which, when ripe, become brownish. The charged yellow pulp is firm and compact and has a very sweet taste, in fact it is excellent for all culinary dishes.

PUMPKIN AND AMARETTI TORTINO IN FONDUE FONDUE AT THE "MOMMA MUCCA KISS"


Recipe for 6 people
INGREDIENTS:
  • 300 gr white flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • cinnamon and nutmeg
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 gr cooked pumpkin pulp
  • 2 dl cold milk
  • 40 gr melted butter
  • 4 hen macaroons
  • 2 packs of 250 gr of "Bacio di Mamma Mucca"
  • milk

PREPARATION:
Prepare the flour with yeast, a little salt, a pinch of cinnamon and grated nutmeg.

Whisk the pumpkin pulp previously cooked in the oven, with the yellow of the eggs, the milk, the melted butter, the amaretti.
Combine the two compounds and mix homogeneously; whisk at the end with the egg whites until stiff.

Grease six aluminum single-dose molds, fill with the pumpkin preparation and bake in a bain-marie for 20 minutes at 150 °.

In the meantime, prepare the fondue for the "Bacio di Mamma Mucca": melt the cheese over a very sweet fire, making it smooth and flowing with the addition of a little milk.

Serve in single plates with the cheese sauce on the bottom, the tart and light sprinkle of amaretti on the edges of the plate.
