Preparation:
Cut the Salva Cremasco into slices of half a centimeter thick in a square shape, eliminating the crust. Beat the whole eggs with a whisk. Add to 100 gr. of grated bread a tablespoon of white flour, a little salt and black pepper and stir. Now pass the cheese in the beaten egg and then in the mixture of bread and flour. Fry in plenty of boiling oil and serve. Match with sweet jams at your convenience.
