1 kg of pumpkin, cut into cubes
100 g (180 ml) of flour for desserts
5 ml of baking powder
2 ml of salt
1 beaten egg
sunflower oil to fry the pancakes
100 ml of sugar
15 ml of fine cinnamon
Preparation
- Steam or boil the pumpkin until it is soft.
- Drain the excess water and chop the pumpkin very well.
- In a bowl, mix it with flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the beaten egg and mix well.
- In a pan, as soon as the oil is hot, fry the balls with the pumpkin mixture.
